Me, Jan-Eric Nilsson and Gunnar Falkemark (from Göteborg university) had a seminar on cost-benefit analysis in the transport sector today for the Swedish Parliament (Trafikutskottet, specifically). They looked happy, laughed at the right places and nodded at the right places, so I think it went well.
The topic was to give a little crash course in CBA - what politicians (or anybody interested in transport, for that matter) should know about CBA - what's included and what's not, for example.
